NCSA has a 24/7/365 operations help desk that can direct any security incidents and issues to the appropriate Security Engineers. You can contact the help desk at (217) 244-0710, or email "help ( at ) ncsa.uiuc.edu".

If the problem is not an emergency then the security team can be reached via email at "security ( at ) ncsa.uiuc.edu".

If you want to encrypt any email to the security team then you can use the NCSA Security Team PGP located on the [http://www.ncsa.uiuc.edu/People/ncsairst/pgp.html NCSA IRST page] or from the [http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?search=security@ncsa.uiuc.edu&op=index MIT PGP keyserver].
